Angela is a senior instructor with the Deyin Taijiquan Institute and has qualified in both Tai Chi Fan and Tai Chi sword forms. This hour is dedicated to teaching either Tai Chi sword 16 step form or Tai Chi Kungfu Fan form.
It is essential for participants to have some working knowledge of Tai Chi hand forms, preferably Yang style but not exclusively. Classes will be worked on an alternative weekly basis so the first week of term will be the 16 step sword and the second week of term will be the Kungfu Fan form and will continue in that manner through the term. You can attend either or both of these forms. If you have not done Tai Chi with me before I will contact you after the completion of the registration form to have a chat about your Tai Chi history.
For the year 2026/27 we will be working in six-week blocks and holiday dates will be published on the website and notified in class as well. A new payment system has also been introduced, and the cost of attending one form (for three weeks) is £30. If you are studying both and attending each week the amount will be £60. Either amount is payable up front. This will be paid via bank transfer. All details will be sent to you via email after submitting the registration form.
