With effect from the 4th April, the Thursday evening class will be splitting in two. Previously it was one session lasting one and half hours. We will now be putting on two one hour classes.
The first will be for beginners and the session will include warm ups, qigong and the Yang style 8 step form. The session won’t be convined to beginners. If more experienced practitioners would like to join this session as well as the second one then they are very welcome.
The second session will be for students who can complete the 8 step on their own and are now working on other forms. Currently these forms include 24 and 88 step.
The timings will also change slightly: the first session will start earlier at 7.15pm with the second session starting immediately afterwards at 8.15pm.
