These workshops are an excellent opportunity to work with a partner and help to develop your Qi sensitivity, your understanding of how each move works in Yang style Taiji and much more. Led by two experienced practitioners, you will delve into the subtleties of pushing hands and try out applications in a safe and secure environment. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and explore ideas and thoughts that may have cropped up in your own practice.
Following feedback from last season, the sessions will be extended to 2pm giving more opportunity to explore. As a special offer for this coming year the price will only be increased by £5 per session as we see what the impact is on our learning.
All the sessions are on a Saturday. Dates for the 2026/27 season are as follows:
