Tai Chi Classes

Online Classes Face to Face Classes

Happy Easter, happy spring – a joyous time of year full of growth and promise.  The term dates for the new term are listed below.  The days and times of classes remain the same as does the content.  If you are looking to join us for the first time I would recommend (but not essential) coming to a Qigong class.  As all classes have been up and running since September we are now well into the routines however there is still plenty to learn for current and potential new students so please don’t be put off.  The reason I suggest Qigong is because it is only one routine to focus on and just learning one new move can have a positive impact in a short time.

To register couldn’t be simpler.  Just click on the button related to your chosen course and I will respond to you via email with any further information you will require to start your new class.  All the classes are friendly and welcoming and I am sure you will be made to feel like part of the “family”.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

One off workshops

My workshops include Taiji Kungfu Fan, Tea, Qi & Me and Applications & Push Hands.  These sessions are run at different times of the year and are typically on a Saturday.  They are open to anyone not just my students.  If you have further questions about any or all of these you can message at the bottom of the page.  Alternatively visit the events page.

Further details are listed on the events page
