Zoom Programme – Wednesday 10am – Health Qigong & Tai Chi

This session consists of one hour of Health Qigong followed by an optional half hour of Tai Chi

The first hour will be warm up exercises and Health Qigong (HQ).  This year we will be learning Mawangdui.  This part of the session will last one hour.  HQ is a wonderful Chinese system of exercise based on traditional Chinese medicine and also modern sport science and research.  The set being learned is one of ten forms created by the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA).  Angela is an instructor member of the British Health Qigong Association (BHQA) and a senior instructor with Deyin Taijiquan Institute.

Between 11am-11.30am learners have the option to do a half hour of Tai Chi.  This will be suitable for beginners (as is the HQ) as well as seasoned practitioners.  We will be learning a routine known as Bafa Wubu (Eight Methods 5 Steps).

Payments for the online classes are a regular monthly amount paid by standing order over twelve months.  One hour per week is £15pm and one and a half hours per week is £22pm.  Newcomers to ATCS will be required to pay £30 upfront to secure a place.  This will be applied against your payments once registration is completed.  The Zoom link will be sent out to students (who have completed all requirements) a couple of days before the course is due to start.  If you are starting during the term then once you have completed all requirements the log in details will be emailed out.
